Thanks for taking a moment to read this brief update. As your mayor, I’m committed to leading a local government that’s effective, responsive, and transparent – so I just want to take a minute to highlight some of the things my team and I have been working on to make sure Chattanooga continues to be a great place to call home.
As always, if you have questions, input, or if I can be of any assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact me at mayor@chattanooga.gov.
Sincerely,
Tim Kelly
Mayor, City of Chattanooga
What's New in Chattanooga
We unveiled the One Westside Plan, a collaborative redevelopment project that will create new housing, jobs, education opportunities, and a whole new neighborhood for downtown – all connected to the iconic riverfront. Learn more at onewestside.info.
A new fire station is coming to Eastdale! We're replacing Fire Station 15 with a new, state-of-the-art building to ensure that CFD has the space and equipment they need to keep Chattanoogans safe.

McKamey Animal Center is at capacity and needs your help. As proud rescue pet parents, Ginny and I hope you'll join us in adding a furry friend to your family! See adoptable pets now at cha.city/mckamey. Can't adopt? Consider fostering!
I recently joined Paul Shahen from Local 3 News for "On Par with Paul."Check it out! And before you go negative on my game, keep in mind that I hadn't played in a few years!
