Sunset Kayak the TN River Gorge with TN River Gorge Trust and OC!

September 21 @ 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Kayak through the Tennessee River Gorge with Outdoor Chattanooga and Tennessee River Gorge Trust staff. This leisurely paddle is beginner friendly and a wonderful way to experience the Gorge at sunset. Participants will get to paddle an incredible section of the river in Chattanooga’s own backyard with experienced guides and learn about this section of the river and how TRGT has participated in the protection of the gorge.

The paddle is 4.4 miles and roughly 2 hours on the water. The trip will begin at the Raccoon Mountain Boat Ramp and end at Sullivan’s Landing on Highway 41. Outdoor Chattanooga will provide kayaks, life jackets, and the shuttle back to the vehicles at the put-in. All paddlers are required to use Outdoor Chattanooga kayaks as this ensures that all paddlers travel at a similar speed and that the kayaks can be loaded on the trailer. Confirmation and additional details will be sent via email after payment is made.
